Vtg JC Penney's Foremost Redline Selvedge Jeans Blue Denim W31 L32 Donut Fly

This vintage pair of J.C. Penney Foremost donut button fly jeans has crotch rivet and exposed back pocket rivets. I do not see where the size is marked on these jeans but when I run a tape measure around the waistband, it measures 31". The inseam measures 32". I believe these selvedge jeans are redline as they have a faint pink line on the selvedge. I am not sure of the age of these jeans by my guess is that they date from the 1940's or 1950's. They  are in vintage condition with wear consistent with age, wearing and storage over the years. There are 2 rips on the front of one leg. There is wear to the crotch inseam area. There are wear spots and a small hole under one of the back pockets. This pocket has a rip in it. The stitching on the back pockets is worn and mostly gone. There are other areas of stitch wear as well. The belt loop in the middle of the back of the jeans needs sewn back on.  I have not laundered these jeans so they could use cleaning. Please inspect photos.
