Actual Measurements:
Waist Size: 17” wide or 34” back waistband measurement doubled) 35” measured around the waistband with dip in center of waistband (the smaller back waistband measurement is usually more accurate) I always measure both ways so there is no question that they are any smaller.
Low Hips: 20” wide or 40” around
Thigh Opening: 12” wide or 24” around
Knee opening: 9” wide or 18” around
Bottom Leg Opening: 8” wide or 16” around
Inseam: 31” long
Out Seam: 43” long
Front Rise: 12” long--Use the rise measurement to ensure a good fit! This is the most important measurement to determine if these will fit your waist!- measure 12” above your crotch (between your legs and up and measure your waist loosely at this point) this measurement/number will give you your waist size for this rise.

Vintage Levi’s 505-0217 jeans. Raw rigid dark wash denim with 12” front rise, straight fit legs, red tab with button and zipper fly closure. USA made. Jeans look to have been washed and worn only once or twice. The measurements have not shrunk and the inseam is one inch longer than the tag size. (34x30). If you don’t want these to shrink, I would not recommend putting them in the dryer. These appear to be 80’s era jeans based on the inside care tag. Good condition with no holes or stains. Clean and ready to wear.
